I doubt they (US embassy) may request for a joint sponsor at my sooner interview, in this case what do you think , do i need to find one now ! and take with me the joint sponsor required documents at the interview? or i just need to wait until my interview day and see what will happens ?

my spouse has alot of things to do and not sure if we should have to do more and find a joint sponsor now or later if needed ?

Thanks for reading

Your advice and help are much appreciated

If you can find one now, it would be better to have the documents ready at your interview, thus avoiding a delay.

Why do you think you need one? If there is any question, I would have one ready with all the documents, just in case.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

After reading a few post i think we may need one, my spouse current income 2012 & also 2011 is above the poverty guideline, but 2010 is under what they are asking for because he had to work half a year!, he is currently still working in the same work since 2010.
he work in compagny by contrats, feel like they may say he doesn't have a stable job !!!!
he had 1 layoff in 2012 for 1 month but get paid

Usually they go by current income, what he makes now,not a few years ago. They want to old taxes to make sure he's been paying them.

Hi karlakelton, nice to hear from you smile.png i'm like you , asking myself different questions, my spouse still living at his parent house too, i dont think this will cause any problem as long as the spouse has enough income,

we are confused and stressful, hopefully everything goes well at our interviews, i dont think there is enough time now to find a joint sponsor for my case, i wish they don't need one
good luck to you & to everyone
