Recently married and traveling on an I 131

My wife and I were recently married. I am a US citizen, she is a Ukrainian citizen. We have filed the I 485 (Adjustment of Status), I 131 (Advance Parole), and I 765 (EAD). The 131 and 765 have been approved. The I 485 is still pending.

My wife is no longer using her maiden name. However, the name on her passport is in her maiden name. When I am booking her airline ticket, which last name should I use? Her maiden name (name on the passport) or her married name (name on the Advance Parole (I-131 document).

You should always use the name from the passport.

She should have a marriage certificate with her, which would explain why she has a different name on AP.

Use the name in the passport. The Green card is ONLY used to return to the USA. Carry a copy of your marriage certificate when traveling in case of any questions.
