yesterday i get an email from the nvc and that's what it say

and in the bottom of the PDF there is what we need to fix ..

we get really confused so we decided to call them and they said: that they complete reviewing the case and all we need to do is correct the following line and bring the forms that need to get fixed to the interview ..

my question is when are they going to schedule my interview date?

anybody experienced something like that,, i mean with a checklist during the interview ?

I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form

and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is

still some missing documentation.

We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which

documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and

forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final

interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,

including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.

Please pay specific attention to questions marked in the attached I-864,

I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A checklist.

Failure to present the missing items indicated and/or to make the

necessary corrections at the visa interview could result in a denial or delay

in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.

If you need a new I-864 form, please visit the Department of State website

at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and read the

Affidavit of Support (I-864) instructions. From there you can fill out the

form online and print it to send to the visa applicant for the interview.

You will be notified when an interview has been set. Do not contact

post regarding your interview date until you have been notified

If I remember correctly, they contacted my husband directly in Tunisia to make the appointment. Use this time to collect whatever missing paperwork is listed and get it to the beneficiary. I did write to the embassy directly to try to find out more information. They are very good about responding but may not be able to tell you anything other than what is on that form.

hi can you add time line of your case.

it will help other members.

you can update VJ time line with NOA1 NOA2 approval times.

yes sure i will add my time line soon just waiting to get an interview date

hopefully it will be this month I've been waiting a long long time almost a year without meeting my love
