I took my interview and test today and I was approved!

I had a very nice interview officer who was very apologetic for the fact that my application was waiting for scheduling for several months. She gave me my civics, reading and writing test first. She asked me the following 6 questions.

1. What is one right or freedom from the first amendment?

2. Who is incharge of the executive branch?

3. There are four amendments to the constitution about who can vote. Describe one of them

4. What is one reason colonists came to America?

5. During the cold war, what was the main concern of the United states?

6. if the president can no longer serve, who becomes president?

Since i got the first 6 right she stopped the test right after the 6th questions. she then took my reading and writing test.

After that she quickly went through my N-400 application. she only made one change for the trip I took to the UK in December. After that I signed my application. She then helped me pick out the photograph that will be used for my Naturalization certification.

She then had me review the information that will go on my naturalization certificate. She then told me that my application was approved and that i will hear from the USCIS within 30 days regarding my oath date. she made notes about the dates that I am traveling.

All in all it was a very pleasant experience especially since i was super nervous going in.

My Green Card was taken from me Today.

There were 102 people at the oath ceremony including me, only 1 person from Pakistan that was me in the whole group,There were 108 people invited to the oath ceremony but 102 showed up.

Ceremony was pretty nice, Started at 10 AM in the courthouse and finished at 12.30.

I am glad that i am done with this process ,,,,, and Now i am a US Citizen.

My Passport application is already filled out and now looking forward to file for my passport on Tuesday as its my day off.

I got notified via text and email that I have been scheduled for the oath ceremony. I will update with the dates once I receive the letter. Almost there!!!

Question please

was your case decision "A Decision can not be made in your case" after the interview then the notified you the oth cermoney by text and e-mail, or you were approved in the interview day already?
