Passed the interview(both myself and my wife) dancin5hr.gif

I did take my two year old and they had no issues bringing the kids. And my 2 year also behaved well. She sat with me during the interview without disturbing us. The whole interview was less than 10 mins. We went to the office at 7:35 AM and we were both out in the car at 8:20.

I gotta question for you all. I had my interview on January 2nd and I passed the officer told me I should have the oath around the beginning of February, end of January. My status changed to scheduling que on January 6th but since then I didn't hear anything from them. The end of January is getting close and I started to get worried. Should I wait more or should I call the 1800 number? How long do you think it should take if you think I should wait?

Thanks.

I would wait for 90 days before you call. This is the problem with small places where you get the interview fast right after fingerprinting but end up waiting for the Oath as they want enough people to conduct the same. I would not worry. But for me it was the other way, we had to wait for 2 months before they setup the interview. But they have several oaths in the month and will get oath faster.

I cashed the court and they said they had oaths every 3 weeks. But i think you are right i should wait. Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm new to posting on the forum but have been a lurker and learnt a lot from this site! So a big thank you to everyone. I decided to add my name to the filers list to help out any future Bostonians who seek info on the timeline of the process. I apologise in advance if I screwed anything up in the table!

Well...I think I figure out why Baltimore is so slow...was looking at that trackkit website and read a couple of the threads and found a link someone posted:

http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2013-12-12/news/bs-md-federal-immigration-office-moving-20131212_1_immigration-services-new-digs-green-cards

Looks like Baltimore just moved to a brand new office (they had previously had the deported jail right in with the citizenship processing, just for a bit of juxtaposition, I suppose); last week they had totally off for the move.

Makes more sense in why there hasn't been any movement, so I hope we'll hear something soon now.

I cashed the court and they said they had oaths every 3 weeks. But i think you are right i should wait. Thanks

I am in same boat as you. I passed my interview on Dec 19th and my status changed to application put in oath scheduling que 4 days later. Interview officer told me that normally two ceremonies held in 4 months time. So I am expecting that probably sometime in February we will have our oath ceremony.

did it atleast move to inline? Should not take this long for that step. Maybe you need an infopass unless you filed 90 days before your anniversary.

No still has moved, still says finger prints. I got a yellow letter a week ago. I filed after my anniversary date because my I-751 was still not done.
