At my interview on 12/16 (approved) I was told that the next oath ceremony will be 1/29. I actually saw that there is another ceremony on 1/8. I have not received any oath letter, nor has my online status changed. When should I expect to get my letter? I am kinda impatient to complete this step

Received IL in mail, interview on 01/23/2014 in Boston,MA. Wife has the interview at around 11 AM and husband has it around 1PM. Will they be interviewed at separate times? This is not a marriage based case.

Reason I'm asking about the interview being at the exact time mentioned in the interview letter is to make plans, baby sitter? Late pick from kids school etc? Can I count on interview being over in one hour or maybe two?

just to be safe I would make arrangements with a baby sitter. You never know how long the wait before the interview. Sometimes its 5 minutes sometimes its 2 hours. Good luck

based on my past experiences, usually It takes about 3 business days to get a letter from USCIS after the online status changes. Hopefully it's also true for this time,

I had my interview on December 12 , was told i was approved ,

December 16 i received message that my application was put in oath ceremony scheduling que , After that have not heard anything yet,

I requested name change in the application so i will be having judicial ceremony,

by the way i called the court house in my area and asked them which is the next oath ceremony date , they told me it was March 14th which is like 3 months from here ,,,,,,,

still nothing here. I know that the next ceremony in Oakland is on January 8, but at this point I don't think they will schedule me for that. The following one is on January 29.
