Mine was updated on December 13 and I have not received Interview Letter. Unfortunately seems likely that date for interview will be during month of January when we are out of country on long awaited vacation. Oh well. Will see what happens...

Wife just finished her interview--she was recommended for citizenship. Took 20 minutes in total. Six questions, had to write a sentence and read a sentence. *No* documents checked except for her green card. Got a sheet of paper noting that she was recommended.

She requested that her oath ceremony be scheduled after we return from a trip we are leaving for in two weeks. He noted it in red and requested a date after she returns. She left a letter requesting the same, along with a copy of her plane reservations noting dates.

Fingers crossed that the scheduling will happen as requested.

Good luck to all that are waiting. We aren't done till she has a US passport in hand!

KP

Update. Got the e-mail just now stating that her file is inline for oath scheduling. Fingers crossed that will be scheduled after we returned as requested.

Just wanted to post a development on my end. I received a yellow letter stating that I need to bring my state issued Driver's License or a State Issued ID card to my interview, however, the letter specifically stated that it was not an interview appointment letter.

I am hoping this means that I will be scheduled soon!

That letter has nothing to do with the interview. Some people get it right after being fingerprinted while others right before they get their interview letter. Most of the time it tells you to bring a state-issued ID or driver's license. But, there are times when they ask for tax returns, etc.

My friend from Phoenix got her interview for January 13th and she sent her documents 2 weeks before you.
