K-1 Visa...?

Hi there, I am relatively new on this forum. I guess I should start by describing my life situation a little bit. I am working now currently as a supervisor at a manufacturing facility but I will soon within the next six months be leaving my job to return to school. During this time, my fiancé Samba wishes to at least visit the United States to meet my family and friends. Our relationship is complicated as in the fact the both of us have obligations in our home countries (for him his job is in Senegal right now, and for me my job and education are both in the United States), that which will separate us from being together for at least two or three years. I have visited him 2 times and will be visiting him a 3rd time in the next month so I can definitely prove our relationship is legitimate but I guess I am just trying to figure out the best route to go. I want him to come to the United States late next summer to meet my ailing grandmother of 94 years as well as my family and friends. I am not sure what visa would be best for us to apply for because I want him to come visit next summer as well as in two or three years for a more formal wedding ceremony. At this point, after his visit next summer, I know he will not stay in the United States because he is tied to his job for another year. I think it would be best for us to apply for the fiance visa next summer because it will be the most secure mode of transport for him to come here. Then in a few years, what type of visa should I apply for him to come back at least for two or three months? What makes this more complicated is that we are both unsure of where we want to live. If in a few years it works out we will live in the United States, either fiance visa or I can apply for a spousal visa. Is there any way you can apply for the fiance visa twice for the same person? I am not sure this is an option, I just figured I could ask.

You cannot apply for a K-1 if you do not plan to live in the US until a couple years later. Once you enter the US with a K-1, you need marry within 90 days and then cannot leave the US until after you apply for adjustment of status and receive AP or a green card. Once you have permanent residency(green card) you have to maintain residency. You should not plan to file for a K-1, fiance(e) visa or CR-1, spousal visa until you are definitely prepared to move to the US on a permanent basis. It sounds like he needs to apply for a tourist visa for now.
