Hello! Pls help! My fiance and I was denied and we appealed for our petition. Can anyone tell me how long will it take to wait for the decision from our appeal? Pls pls pls! Thanks

What was the reason for the petition denial? Were you missing documents? http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

From what I have read from others the appeal costs much more then submitting a new petition.

If I were u, I wouldn't appeal. There's no time limit on the appeal. It could take years or more. I've been through. Mine was over a year and still nothing. I even call and do almost everything, still nothing. I decided to withdraw I-290b by writing a letter to vsc because that's where my appeal went. Now I refile I-129f in Aug 2013.

They ask for letter of intent. Is there any chance that our appeal will be appoved?

If the USCIS asked for a letter of intent, it appears that you may have gotten a "Request for Evidence" (RFE) from the USCIS rather than a "denial". Are you sure you got a denial?
