in regards to I-864 ez form question # 18) my individual annual income is currently:?

situation: I am in sales so I have a base salary and the rest is commission.

Do I state it as: “the base salary plus commission “

I want to change employer, so if I do change employer before the interview do I mention it to the immigration officer at the interview? Do I not bring it up? If I bring it up at the interview will it delay the process before new employer is not reflected on the paper work ? any feed back will be appreciated

For #18, you need to put a number that you can document. You cannot leave it a vague "base salary plus commission" because no one can tell if you meet the financial requirement. Pick a number you can defend and have document to prove because you may need then.

If you change employer, then you MUST update your I-864EZ. It would be immigration fraud for you not to bring it up since it's a material change. You will have to deal with any delays if you want a visa. Give the US what it wants, then you get what you want. You can't hide things by ommission. There are severe consquences for lies by ommission.

i do have a base salary, so if put a dollar amount and write " + commission" i should be ok ?

my base salary alone is more then the required amount based on the poverty table.

When sending it to nvc should i email it to them or send it to them via mail? what is recommended

No. The word "+ commission" is not a number. YOU NEED A NUMBER!!!!!! NO OTHER STUFF LIKE "+ commission."

Include the commission but be prepared to provide past paystubs or commission checks to prove it.

You cannot email it. You must use the post office.

There are only a few countries that allow Electronic Processing. http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5165.html

Also check out the monthly NVC filers thread Read posts 1 & 2 http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/445228-nvc-filers-august-2013/ or http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/451446-nvc-filers-september-2013/
