TYPO on I-129f form and case is ready in USEM, what to do???

I have the worse on this.. My fiance's name has a extension "Jr." that we forgot to write on the form now another error is my birth date that is a month earlier on the form. Im going crazy, on why i didn't see this before we mailed it. I posted a message on USEM through facebook and another applicant answered that i should only bring the Birth Certificates and passport to get this checked then corrected. Any of you experience this?

i dont think ittl be a big deal, i put the wrong Place of birth of my fiance on the i129f form and they still approved it her fathers name had a typo on her birth cert too,
