Hey I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them, for the last 3 days I've had ceac updates but dos can't seem to see what they are when I phone.

28th August ceac update- dos tell me that my update is that someone at the embassy emailed me which is true I did receive a email

29th August ceac update- dos tell me my update is that the embassy emailed me.I tell them that was yesterday and that I received another update today.the guy went on. To say he couldn't see it so couldn't tell me.

30th August -third update in three days , call dos they tell me again that the update is that I received a email that's the last update they can see and my case is still pending awaiting ds forms to be logged

I really don't understand what the updates were 29th&30th August

Has this happened to anyone else? Can dos always see what exactly the update is ?

I'm so confused and worried
