Greetings ,

It has been some time since I have posted. Hope their many success for you all. H I have a question. Went to my 3rd info pass meeting. Found out that as of June 28th 2013 I was on the list to be scheduled for interview. They have no reason of to why I didn't not receive the notice yet. But quickly blamed it on the issues in Syria and Detroit having the largest Arabic population which is NOW causing delay.. Even though I meet with them in June and July and no one informed me or caught it. Any Who...... wondering why I have to have a interview and what type of things I might be up for.. Just a reminder that our k-1 was approved within 4 1/2 months no interview, but was sent back during his interview for more evidence in October. It expired in the process as we knew it would so we didn't wait and married in Nov. as we had originally planed if it had went in our favor. So.. just wondering if anyone had an interview in the US on I-130 before their spouse and how did it go?

Are you serious? That is just poo. Well I have seen many here who had Petitioner interview. Bring your evidence just like your husband would at his interview they ask questions just like its your Visa interview.Usual

ly you are approved on spot or shoirtly after. Since they went to local USCIS offices many do this now. Seems random or what will be the new normal. Nothing to worry about. But maybe because of the K1 on file they want to "check you out".

So bring your copy of petition you filed and if you have any extra evidence since you file brig some of that. Lets get tghis party started.

And that's a dang shame been there twice and they couldn't see that. WOW Sorry dear.

They have used this in the past when they know it is hard to ask for a stokes at the embassy. They will be prying at the validity of the relationship and possibly providing things that they have dug up during a field investigation. I know a couple of people that have had this happen with mixed results. One was mostly to validate the evidence and relationship through the USC's eyes , another was to present evidence of a hidden wife and give the USC a chance to react.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
