Hi Everyone,

Finally NVC receipt our IV Bill and I am currently filling DS-260 form online. I am stuck in one question: Question is : Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? We don't know what vaccination my wife should have taken as per US law, so my wife called US Embassy Panel Physician at Kathmandu, Nepal and she was told that they cant say whether she have fulfilled all the vaccinations requirement or not and they can only check her vaccination document once she gets the IV Interview appointment letter. They further added that normally they have to vaccinate almost all IV applicants.

So, Can we say "No" as an answer and explain that my wife will all required vaccinated by US Embassy panel physician when Interview will be scheduled? or what else can I say? We dont want to answer wrong here and get our application delayed.

I will really appreciate your feedback and response on this matter, we are stuck on this question, Please help!!!

If she doesn't know what vaccines she's had, then just explain that. And add that she'll have all required documentation and vaccines taken care of at the medical. Don't harp over a question like this; it won't delay your case. TBH, I have no idea why they even include this question since a medical is required in which the beneficiary will then (if not already) have the documentation.

Check your spam box or trash. Make sure you add the NVC email as a contact. I have sent emails and got auto responses almost immediately after sending the email, so should you! Hope this helps, good day!

yip the form states 30

nvc as you know sais 8 weeks

if you call uscis they will now tell you to wait 90 days to file a follow up service request

if there was any way around this, you would hear about all day and night here on vj, so, basically, beyond an expedite, nope there is no way to make it faster

as long as you are prepared to pull all the early triggers, you should get through in about 6 weeks

Thank you. Have any expedite tips?

Hi All,

12. Employment Verification letter from my Employer and its copy.

Is there anything else we are missing? Please let us know, we will really appreciate your comments and feedback.

Thank you

12 is for the I-864, not the DS-230.

If you are shipping 12 with the DS-230, ask that it be added to the I-864 via written cover letter.

Yup - but expedite methods are different.

The best timetick to ask for the expedite (via telephone) is the same day that the AOS fee bill hits the petitioner's email inbox.
