Thanks Saylin. Yes, I was using IE - but thanks for the hint (because sometimes I use my MAC or chrome.

Stick with IE for this. But yeah, keep an eye out as it does take some time to actually get invoiced.

:) Any idea as to how much time? Just kidding - I'm guessing you have no idea. We submitted the DS 3032 via email on August 26th (today is the 10th business day)...but I don't think they'll look at that (even though they never emailed asking for us to submit the DS 260). We submitted the DS 260 on September 4th (NVC said they received it on September 6th and it will take up to 10 business days from the 6th to review it - even though the online confirmation said to check back in 3-5 business days). So, let's see when they decide to invoice us.

DS-260 is the online DS-230. Do you mean the DS-261 (online DS-3032)?

And they first need to review and add the DS-3032/DS-261 to the case file before they can invoice the IV bill. But, if your payment portal changed recently, it's a good sign (typically means they got to your DS-3032/DS-261), so it'll most likely be some time this week then for you to actually be able to pay it.

Oops - yes, I meant DS 261.

Thank you! Now to make my daily call to the NVC.

i got an RFE for AOS. do they take complete 30 business days to review RFE too?? sad.png

Guys i need all of ur prayers! its been 2 longgg years now.

Yes sadly.. All documents no matter what they are or how they were generated are subject to the 30 business day review unless part of electronic processing. In my AoS they literally told me what number to input into a field and I know they won't even look at it this month.

It would make so much more sense for them to track a single case to completeness and get them out of the NVC quicker.

As I said earlier, even getting the invoice email, it can still take a day or two for it to be invoiced. Just keep checking. And make sure you use IE ;)

I'm still fighting with NVC over the DS-230 DS-260 fiasco.

I got a checklist on my DS-230 today for the forms submitted back in august simply stating they are waiting on our I-864 checklist to be returned (False checklist) and to submit the DS-260. A call to NVC resulted in an argument with the woman on the phone who claims all cases must submit DS-260 unless the document being reviewed completes the case.

My attorney got a letter from NVC just this morning with this quote (Note this is a standard form email, not a human-written email)

"For all other cases in process where NVC sends a checklist for missing

documents or information on or after September 1st, NVC will send
instructions for beneficiaries to submit the DS-260 along with the
missing documents or information, even when the DS-230 is already on
file."
In my case, my I-864 checklist was sent in August.
I'm waiting for a supervisor to return my call tonight. They better call as I'm not wanting to wait around all night. Mind you the supervisor was unavailable after the woman "supposedly" asked them prior to my request to speak to the person.
To make things worse, the woman on the phone stated the DS-260 has the 30-day wait as well. When I argued I'm being sent back to the beginning of the line she argued that it's not the back of the line.. Yeah, literally wasting 30 days of my life while my DS-230 was sitting in a mail room to accomplish nothing is not the back of the line.
I hate NVC
