[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

Looks like it is NVC time!! Your petition is approved!

It could take a couple weeks still for NVC to get your file, but for sure you will want to contact them.

Yes, this is good news for you. Congratulations! "Decision" is part of the process and "Post Decision" is the next step and is what comes after the decision which is to let you know it has been approved. I learned yesterday that mine is Approved as well (Post decision). It was quick and not expected this soon, but good news anyway! It almost seems like they changed the process from before. this is my 2nd I-129F. I would guess that the next steps would be Testing and Interview. Congratulations!

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR CLEARING THIS!!!! I AMHAVING A MINI HEART ATTACK IN THIS WHOLE PROCESS :-( I GOT CONFUSED BECAUSE OF THE WORD "RE-AFFIRMED" i'm not so sure any more if i will pass the medical because of sleepless nights lol... at least there's no more heaviness in my heart, so GRATEFUL FOR YOU GUYS! HELPING US OUT WITH THIS...

1 more question because my fiance just got back from the philippines and he quit his job for 6 months he don't have a job in his record but noe he got his old job back... can he still get his W2? help is very much appreciated! thank you from the bottom of our hearts :-) GOD BLESS US ALL!!! and do i need USEM or NVC?

He should get a W2 for 2013 at the end of the year if he was working in the US . You can order previous years IRS transcripts here.
