I dont know why this is turning into Mileys performance or her responsibility in all this. The post Val made was actually the flip side of that. It was from a dad saying theres enough attention already on that issue. Parents (mothers specifically) saying to their daughters dont be like Miley- but yet nobody tells their sons dont be like Robin.

It just seems to be okay to be like Robin. Theres no social stigma attached to it. Theres no omg thats disgraceful. Youre a disappointment. Its just..okay.

Sure theres going to be countless females following in Mileys footsteps and if the guy takes advantage of it, of them, its kind of like, well, whatever. Theres no shame on you or anyone thinking less of him. Just people thinking less of the girl.

Well this father is putting his proverbial foot down and telling his son it will not be tolerated. He will think less of his son. He expects more from his son. He expects his son to respect and honor women- nothing less.

Perhaps if more people instill those values in their sons there will be a change in society in the future. Perhaps it will eliminate the double standard that has existed for so long of a girl who sleeps around is a ####### where a guy who sleeps around is a stud, because thats basically what this is.

i read Thicke regretted asking Miley to join him as she stole the show.

I think Thicke made an embarrassing wardrobe mistake. He looked like a typical fat middle-aged dude trying to hang out with a younger female. I doubt anyone thinks him a stud!
