Yup, 19 yr old needs letter of consent, but I think only CFO may ask for it, don't think the US Embassy cares. Niblet, think there were at least 3 couples that would match your discription last Monday. If your fiancee dresses like your prfofile pic, I'd fly back to look for her

Letter of consent, signed by both parents, notarized... Ahhhh, the small details! But surely you needed this for the first three wives, no?

And if memory serves correctly, the consent is for 18-21, required to be notarized. Parental advice is for 22-25 yr old Pinays, and does not need a notary. I'm sure someone will crack the whip if I got this wrong (too tired to look it up again). (not a whip, but close enough, I know Michael would approve)
