Supporting evidence needed for AOS application?

My friend resides in Miami with her USC spouse. She's submitting her application for AOS and would like to know if she needs to submit supporting evidence for bona fide marriage with the application? Or should she just present it all at the interview?

We're not certain if where you reside has anything to do with this. I live in the Midwest and when I filed in 2010, I didn't submit any supporting evidence with application, but presented it all at interview, and submitted more with the removal of conditions application 2 years after.

Also, how many passport pics in total would she need to submit? She's filing for the AOS, her travel document, and her EAD. I told her she needs 1 for her petitioner, and three for her. I read somewhere on here, I think in the instructions, that she needs 6 of herself.

We need your kind assistance. Don't want a rejection for insufficient passport pics etc... Thanks!!

Your friend should read the instructions for each form. it clearly says in the I-130 form that evidence of a bona fide marriage is required.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
