Hello, I was born in India and moved to US when I was 3 years and 6months old. In G-325A form "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year". Should I give my address where I lived before moving to US? I would appreciate your help.

I don't think you need to mention about that because, I read that you're just supposed to list places you lived in more than 1 year, after you turn 16 years old.

No, it is only from the age of 16 years and older that it is requesting any addresses you have lived.

I listed my address in India up to the age of 4 and got approved without a problem.

Where did you find this 16 years of age qualifier? There's no mention of it anywhere in the question or on the form that asks the question.

I concur with Yodrak. The question is asking for your last address outside of US of more than one year. If the address was for more than one year you must include it here, regardless of how old you were or the circumstances.
