We found out our case is complete at NVC yesterday!!! How long can we expect to wait until we find out our interview date??

We are waiting too on a I-130 application.

NVC jsut completed it this week.

I would expect to hear about an interview date in the next week or so.

All depends on how the flooding hit the Embassy there in Manila.

Case completed August 6 via phone...received case complete email August 7...then i received Packet 4 (Appointment letter) on August 12 and my interview is on September 9

So would it be safe to assume that my interview could also be a month from now?

Do you any idea if the interview schedule on our case (IR-1) is affected by the volume of other IV cases?

Yes, u might expect an interview schedule for next month. .

I am not sure if its because of the volume...but it can be the reason

Hi, just wanted to update you. We recieved our packet 4 and interview date yesterday, Sept. 9th. Our interview will be on October 3rd. So thankful we finally have a date. You should be getting your date soon. Good luck!

Oh, sis it did not turn out well...It was perfect from biometrics to Pre screening with filipino consul and as well as the American consul but at the releasing window, the lady told me i am under Administrative Review without apparent reason...no docs needed..

I brought everything..my civil docs..loads of pics of us together...itinerary slips...evidences like Condo contract with both our names...remittances...and bills
