I Mail my 129F out on nov 22 and Check my online bank acc Today and they cash my check and got my wac# off the back it was cashed on 12/1. I Check online and it said Nov 30th they receive 129F and it was pending and mailed me a notice. I mail my 129f to Texas and the online report said its in Califonia service center. . Is this my NOA 1? Thanks for all the people on this site, Its great to hear i am not the only one to go through this, Kyle

Kyle you will get a notice and that is your NOA1 in the mail. The receipt notice will say in the upper right hand corner I-797 Notice of Action stating that they have received your file, payment and the type of visa you are applying for.

I also am with you on this K-1 journey Kyle. They received our petition on Nov.24th & the check was cashed the other day but I can not make out any #s so I guess we will have to wait for the snail mail! :dance:
