Will past CR1 for wife speed up process for IR1?

I am a USC and my wife came with me to the US 8 years ago on a CR1. We only stayed in the US for a year and have been living overseas (Kenya) for the past 6 years.

I'm in the US currently and I want her and my children (USCs in Kenya) to come to the US for about 2 years.

Since she previously had a CR1 which expired in 2007, will the processing for her IR1 still take 9+ months?

3rd May 2013 - Married in London
7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)

Hold up. You want to apply again which will be another 1 to 1 1/2 and you say for just 2 years than what? you moving back again?

Yes, because I see this as the only option to enable my family to stay with me in the US for any extended period of time. Our children are all USC but if we want to live in the US for a few years before moving back to Kenya, I don't see another option for my wife.

Unless someone has any suggestions?
