Yes people are born black but you (and so many others) are duped into believing homosexuality is a genetic condition peeps are born with.

There just is no conclusive proof or agreement on that theory.

If there is no genetic basis for gay or straight, that makes the terms human constructs, therefore artificial, and hedonism the norm. I can accept that.

Nothing you have posted can be called a fact.

Think about it for a moment.

If homosexuality were simply a choice, marriages wouldn't fail once a man decides he can no longer lie to himself and his family about his true sexual orientation.

If homosexuality were simply a choice, high school students wouldn't kill themselves over being bullied for being gay.

If homosexuality were a choice, people would not choose to be disowned by their families because of their sexual orientation.

With the stigma, ignorance, and even hatred that can come with homosexuality, who would make that choice for themselves?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, Danno, and assume you don't know anybody who is gay.

If you did, I'd tell you to ask them when they knew.

I'm willing to bet the answer would be they've always known.

It wasn't a choice they made one day. It was something they grew up knowing.

Most gay people I know, and I know many of them, have them as clients, many have become friends, are uneasy about thinking their sexual orientation is purely a genetic thing. If it was genetic, they could possibly be given a pill, and that would make the gayness go away. People more in tune with their own sexuality realize that gender preference is a spectrum, and it changes with time, same as peoples' preferences as regards to age, maturity, and body types also change with time.

There is more to this than just sexuality. For instance, many middle-aged and elderly people enter into same gender relationships just for companionship, finding it better to live with people of the same gender because it is just easier - less drama - more understanding - easier to share experiences, I can tell you from person experience, even hardcore lesbians like the occasional boytoy to play with for the evening, then rudely kick him out of bed when it is cuddle time.

The reason we know I am not a minority is because nearly every time my ideas on this matter are put to a popular vote..... my minority seems to win.

Your Majority only seems to win by court order or some other means which excludes the peoples direct approval.

But lets assume you are right, you are a Majority, not sure that means a whole lot... given history and all that.
