Well its up tp you. One its Lagos so the scrutiny is there regardless if you are married or not. Meaning you will need to front-load your petition with some evidence of a bonafide relationship. Just meeting 3 months ago is shaky but not impossible. by Interview time you should have more time logged together which is always good.

You also need to change your profile. You have Adjustment of Status and you aren't doing that.

Second you will not be filing anything its all on the US citizen to file the petition.

Also since you have meet you have fulfilled the requirement to file a I-129F fiance' petition. If you want to file the I-130 well she will need to come there and you get married and than you file.

So I guess its about what you want. The time who knows K1's these days are taking almost as long as CR1/IR1 start to finish. Also its about you working immediately and other factors,. You both need to read the guides and decide file now and get this party started or get married and delay this another few months.

also question what kind of evidence do you have to show to support a bonafide relationship?

You can either wait and continue to relate while your fiancee file k-1 application for you of which some evidences would be needed to prove the relationship or get married and file I-130 for CR-1 Spouse Visa.

hmmmm, i think i know what am going to do
