Still waiting for my case number

PD-August 14,2013

Approved-August 28,2013

Sept 4,2013-noa2 received thru copy of our lawyer.

Until now waiting for my case number

I called to my lawyer and I asked the secretary when my case arrived to the nvc. She said wait wait wait for the interview on December. I'm feel curious why she said that I'm waiting for interview even though we don't have case number already or even the aos fee.?????

The person you're speaking to obviously doesn't know what she's talking about. Why not get a hold of the LAWYER?

Reality is, you will not make it to the December interviews, if that is what your lawyer/secretary emphasizes.

I'm might feel confused we didn't talked to the lawyer. The secretary Is the one who answered my call. I'm feel dissapointed when she said that " I told to your husband that you have to wait for your interview maybe by December your wife will be here" - that was the secretary said to May husband. Why she said that even though we don't have case number or even the invoice fee aos fee? Am I right?

Ooh. Why don't you also try to call NVC and follow it up? :) Unless of course you're busy with work. Yea I agree. It is pretty fast! I received an email from NVC earlier that my case is ready for processing together with DS-261 and AOS invoice and my mom paid it already. My mom has work later so I'm the one filling out the I864ez. :D
