Where are you in these days in process??????? Have not seen you here for a while.............. You started this thread and left ??????????

My NOA2 is July 30 & my case has been dispatched from the service center on 15th of August. Haven't heard anything from NVC. I have written a mail & also tried to call 2-3 times but no luck

Hello Billyk, am happy for u! Wish u a smooth process at NVC and the rest! We r still waiting! We sent an email to congressman but hv not got a reply yet. Sometimes I feel down but it's better to keep faith!

Barich, it's good that you already contacted your congressman. They should contact you back and ask you to fill up a privacy agreement form, once you send it back, they should start contacting USCIS on your behalf.

Hopefully, your congressman is as helpful as mine.

It only took USCIS several days to locate ours after they got contacted by my congressman. Hanging in there!!

Thanks Barich ! It is always better to have faith to keep balanced and hope everything will be ok. We filed AOS and DS-260 with civil docs and again in the waiting boat !!!!!!!!!!!

So they were able to tell you that it had arrived even though the case number hadn't been assigned yet?

YES they told me my case was processing,needed a few days to finish.(scan documents ,etc)

I called DOS Customer care today and they gave me the Case No. They told me wait for a week to get the info from NVC.

Also does any one know whether mumbai is the consulate in india where the interviews are scheduled ?? my case number started with BMB.

Yes. BMB is Mumbai (Bombay).

is there anybody here who got their noa2 from nebraska and was shipped sept 27 to october 27 to NVC,,, who already have their case number and invoicee number.???rolleyes.gif

Mine was transferred om Oct, 22 . I

haven't heard anything yet from from NVC.

I'd say upto 10 days. (Varies by center).

Start calling everyday beginning next week.

Can u please help me out. I will really appreciate it. My case was transferred from NSC to NVC after approval on NOv 7th 2013. My PD is June 12th 2013.Can u please tell me how much time it take for NVC to complete the case if all the documents r forwarded 2 NVC on time.Wat documents i need from my wife which i have 2 sent to NVC so that i collect those documents in advance. I will really appreciate it. IF u can please tell me. Thanks again.
