My NOA2 is July 30 & my case has been dispatched from the service center on 15th of August. Haven't heard anything from NVC. I have written a mail & also tried to call 2-3 times but no luck

well...called NVC ..said they received file on the 15th and said another 10-15 days for the case number.

guess USCIS is sending files to NVC in batches (2 weeks apart maybe???)

  • 2013-10-28: AOS payment available and paid
  • 2013-10-30: AOS Shows as "Paid"
  • 2013-11-01: Mailed i864 docs
  • 2013-11-01: IV fee available and paid
  • 2013-11-01: AOS Docs received at NVC ( Based on USPS tracking )
  • 2013-11-04 IV Supporting Docs mailed ( IV payment still shows as IN PROCESS...but moneys already withdrawn from account)

Just got my case number and iin a few minutes ago! We have been approved Sept18.. I have been calling DOS and they kept telling me to wait and try again next week.. but my guts was telling me to call NVC and I did.. I was surprised that they have my husband's petition and even assigned a case number and iin as well! Just keep calling guys and you too will have your case number soon!

Congraaaaats!! Time flies and now were both in NVC stage! :D

Congrats! How did you contacted nvc for that quick response from them? My case was approved on aug 21 and last oct15 when we call nvc they just receuved our case but we doesnt have thec ase number yet. My PD is april 2, 2013.

Hi! I just called their hotline.

It was pure coincidence that when I called, the e-mail has also just been sent to my husband.. smile.png
