I called NVC earlier and they confirmed that my case has been received and need to wait for another 30days for the IIN and case #

i got noa2 on july 24, and got nvc letter content case number on 12 aug, and now our case at us embassy and still waiting for packet 3. My friends got noa2 on aug 8 and didn't get case number but today they got packet 3 from us embassy..some case different, sometimes you didn't get case number but you get packet 3 directly..or you can call nvc, but my suggest, call nvc after 2 week noa2..

My NOA2 is July 30 & my case has been dispatched from the service center on 15th of August. Haven't heard anything from NVC. I have written a mail & also tried to call 2-3 times but no luck. Patience & waiting these two things we learn very clearly in this process...that's for sure!!!

NOA2 Aug 13 too, i called NVC every 2days and yesterday i called DOS and said that my docs will be forwarded at NVC then i called NVC but file is not there yet =(

Feb. 2013 - First conversation ( we met through a friend )
Mar 26, 2013 - First meeting in person, Manila
April 06, 2013 - He went back to US
April 15, 2013 - I-129F sent to USCIS
April 17, 2013 - I-129F delivered
April 19, 2013 - NOA1
April 23, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed
June 17, 2013 - Second Visit
July 31,2013 - RFE
August 06, 2013 - Return to US
August 08, 2013 - RFE reply sent. ( next day delivery service)
August 09, 2013 - RFE response received
August 13, 2013- APPROVED!
12nn - Received an email from Representative Staff that our petition is approved already. ( w/ email from USCIS officer )
8pm - Received email confirmation about the approval & Online Status Updated.
August 14,2013- got my BC & Cenomar ( waited 5mins for BC & almost 1 1/2hr for Cenomar)
August 15, 2013 - got my NBI ( total processing time from step 1 to releasing 1 1/2hrs)
August 23,2013 - CFO Attended, Got GCC. Sticker to follow.
Sep 18, 2013 - Got MNL Case # via Phone & Paid Visa Fee @ BPI
Sept 23, 2013 - Medical PASSED - 1 Day Only

Sep 24, 2013 - Case status " READY"
Oct 07, 2013 - Interview - APPROVED
Oct 08,2013 - Status changed AP then ISSUED

Oct 10, 2013 - Status @ 2go site - HOLD for Pick up

Oct. 16, 2013 - US Entry @ LAX

Oct. 18, 2013 - Printed I-94

Oct. 29,2013 - Applied Marriage License & SSN
Nov. 25, 2013 - Wedding @ San Diego

Am under F2A visa category & hopping we will benefit from the current visa bulletin before it gets back to normal.

I have my petition approved on 08/15/2013. NVC has not received my documents yet. I wonder whether to contact USCIS and check if they send everything to NVC. Has anybody done this?

This is what we are in the process of doing right now. Case approved August 19. Gotta badger these guys to get an accurate status on where our case is at.

mine was aug 13, and my mother got the hard copy ,19of aug. i just called to the nvc today and the lady told me that they just received it last 21 of aug.its on process she said, wait for 10-20 days....keepin my fingers cross.goodluck to us

My I-130 was approved on Aug 7th,2013 from VSC.I got NOA2 hard copy on Aug 13th.NVC received my case on Aug16th.It's disappointing that still no case number assigned yet.

Keep praying and hope we all will have the case updated soon.
