Me and my fiance want to file for the k-1 visa. I will be the petitioner. We have been doing a lot of research but i want to make sure I have all the right stuff before I actually send out the 129f petition.

letter of intent (fiance)

proof of relationship

payment of $340

is this correct? am i missing anything? please let me know <3

When my fiancé filed for the petition.. he also included proof/evidence of relationship.. :)

Feb.2011: Met online
Nov.2011: Meet in person
Aug.2012: Got engaged
Jan29,2013: Sent I-129F petition
Feb 4: NOA1:
Jul24,2013: email notification stating our approved application was sent to Department of State for visa processing
July 6: NOA2 approval date
Aug 21: NOA2 hardcopy sent out by USCIS
Aug 5: NVC received our case
Aug 8: Montreal Consulate received..
Aug 19: Packet 3 sent to USEM ( no packet 3 received)
Aug 27: Packet 4 received thru email.
Aug 12: Medical exam date
Nov 18: Interview date / Passed

Nov 19: Visa issued

Nov 25: Picked up visa and POE

Nov 30: Wedding day

If you want sent the whole packet, you can include copy of passport, entry and exit to your fiance country, police certificate of both of you, if someone it is divorce, certificate of absolute divorce, birth certificate of both of you, photos of your relaitionship,passport photos in a small bag clipped in the G325A form back, with the complete name and last name of both of you, proof of skype, facebook, msn conversations, evidence of wester union or money gram if you send money to your fiance country,evidence of calls, card calls, evidence of gift receive you sent to your fiance, hope all this help you for fast approved.Good luck in your journey.

~You missed the proof of having met within the past two years (boarding pass, airline ticket, passport stamp, hotel receipt, pictures, etc.)

~You also forgot to include the petitioner's birth certificate

~Don't forget to attach 1 passport photo of petitioner and 1 passport photo of beneficiary

make sure you go through this guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide over and over before you send the packet to USCIS
