Nope denied visitor visas have no bearing on your petition unless the denial was due to fraud or misrep. But just denied because not "strong ties" or "no travel experience", No.

No... i was once denied with a tourist visa but we passed 129f! And i agree with the reply above!

so she was married at that time but did not indicate on visa application(NB she was never asked during interview and they had not filed for CR1) was an honest mistake she made, what are the chances they ask her of that? and will that impact the CR1 interview or the answer still stays the same

has to explain it , they definitely

will know so she has to tell the truth

She was married to an american citizen and asked for a tourist visa to go to the US without disclosing she was married to an american citizen?

When was this? Was this before WVP and ESTA existed?
