Form DS-230 Part 1 Question

Hey, I'm currently filling out form DS 230 part 1 (the one they ask you to fill out in Packet 3), and I'm running into some problems -

First off, where they ask you to fill out the times you've visited the U.S., I can't remember all of the times. My family has been to the US a lot, and like, I was a kid for a lot of visits. We used to go on yearly ski trips to Colorado, so trying to sort that out is like, a world of headaches. What do I do? Is there a cut-off date? IS there anyone I can call and ask?

Also, I haven't received packet 3 in the mail yet, but I do know that my application is at the Vancouver Consulate. can I just fax off this form before getting packet 3 in the mail? (You can find Vancouver's packet 3 online).

Email the consulate with your case number and ask to be sent (instructions for) packet 3. For the trips to the US that you can't remember, you can write something like "approximately 15 family trips of less than 2 weeks between 19__ and 20__". This is a common thing for Canadians.

It's been a while for me, but I emailed Vancouver. They were excellent in their response times and info they provided. You might check out my profile for any details that are useful to your situation.

As far as visiting the USA. I also visited MANY times. I wrote a list of the MAJOR visits (10+ days) Disney, extended motorcycle trip thru various states. I gave them timelines on these, and commented that I had "weekended" many times that I had not listed. Hope this helps and Good Luck !
