St. Lukes Medical

Our interview is scheduled for October 17, 2013. We are planning on getting the medical done at St. Lukes 4 weeks before that, maybe around September 17. We have already pre-registered with St. Lukes and printed the pre-registration form. The resgistration date on the form is August 28, 2013. My questions are, is it going to be a problem that the pre-registration form is going to be a few weeks old when she does her medical? and second, having the medical 4 weeks before interview will not be a problem? (and yes, i already know thats when the clock starts ticking as far as arriving in the USA). Thanks in advance.
