Question about I 407 Abandonment by Alien of Status

Hello!

My mom is a US resident since 10 years ago, but she does not want to live in the USA, she has been living in El Salvador for the past six months, she left after she went to have her fingerprints appointment for her Green card renewal. In June we receive an RF from the USCIS requesting a clearance letter from the police department where she has lived for the past years. My question is, where can I download the form I 407, I have been looking but I could not find it. I have email the embassy in El salvador but I have not received an answer yet. Although my mother does not want to live here in the US eventually she would like to apply for a turist visa.

hello amveam you should contact uscis here in the US and ask them about the forms, i've been looking for it to help you out but i couldnt find it either..
