As Embassy receive, they will send u packet 3 for ur medical n maximum time for getting interview date is 4 weeks, but as ur case is for IR-1/CR-1, so NVC will schedule ur interview..hopefully sooner u will hear from them.

I think all these answers are assuming you are just a regular visa applicant

They do not understand that your case was denied and sent back to uscis and then reaffirmed

and you are waiting for the embassy to get your file back again from uscis/nvc.

But be patient because even when the embassy gets the packet back, they may put you back in AP.

You must be stronger. You have proved your relationship by getting the petition reaffirmed.

Hang in there. You might have a long road ahead of you

Sorry I cannot answer how long it takes for the packet to get to the embassy after reaffirmed

People from Pakistan will not fill out their timelines so we are unable to give others from Pakistan information about how long each step would take

i already told them that my case was reaffirmed and my case was physical and send back to embassy again ok.so i just want to know when they have it and when they will give us new interview date we already proved our relation to noir1 from uscis and then they approved .and at the time of our interview my hubby will be with me so now what else they neeed to prove for our relation.

ts now more then one month file move to embassy but still didn't reach there keep calling DOS no positive reply i dont know what to do its now not in nvc we got email form both USCIS and NVC they both told us that the case physical left for embassy now some told me that it will take 7-10 days and some say long way no idea how much time some say it will take 7-10 days to reach and 4 weeks to contact you now plz let me know on whom i will trust

i know some cases reaffirmed n re schedule interview, n iam from same country as well as Aisha from, so i guess i know it better, anyways its same either its reaffirmed or first time USEM here in Pakistan they take Maximum 4 weeks for Packet3.

i always get response from them within 3 days... so plz do contact them, there is no harm to contact them, they are there for us to help, always feel free to contact them.

how they can reply if they dont have our file?this DOS told me that.i send my inquiry on this same link but no response from 6 days ?And when ever i send them inquiry on this same link they mostly reply fter 3 to 4 month this is my own experience..So no use

I dont think they will give me tracking number and i end an email to isl embassy,fill the enquiry form ,send email to NVC now where should i send my mail till 26 of august the status which is online show that case return to NVC but from 26 of august there is no case up date this make me more frustRATE where is my case wheat should i do my eyes become week so much that i had to zoom 175% to read any thing i have no clue no way i am lost,
