Incomplete I-129F form

Our k1 package got sent back with a letter saying that my fiancé missed my birth date and his signature on the i-129f form. The letter also said that when he send the package back, they will give it a special consideration?what does that mean? We will get back according to our original queue? I don't even know if we even had our NOA1 yet? Ifeel dumb now..

You get NOA1 when they accept your package for review. They rejected your package. You will start over.

Yes start from Scratch, how forgot the signature?????????????????????????????, if it was just Birth Certificate then it would be RFE only, any ways Best of Luck...

Oh well..forget about the special consideration then. It was not my form, it was my fiance's form. I told him to check everything twice, but maybe he just missed that. I am giving us 8 months for the whole process, until visa approval, so we can have two months to plan our wedding, which will be in June. *fingers crossed*.

Oh well, next time, when your I-129F started over again, make sure both of you (together) double checked everything. when I did my biographic information, I sent him to re-checked again. When he did it, I called him up, reminded everything and put in orders like guide on VJ. We re-checked many times. The last day before we sent out I-129F, we talked on the phone almost 5 hours. It is better with 2 people than only one to work things out.Good luck!

He already sent it again. I told him to check both his forms and mine AGAIN. and AGAIN. He just have a lot on his mind right now, poor guy. The letter he received specifically mentioned which part is incomplete, I'm not sure if he checked everything again or not, I compile most of it, so i'm not worried about that part. I hope it will go smoothly now. Thanks for the luck!
