help ! I130 approved 129f filed for K3 but going to Cr1

Please help ! we filed for K3 in order for us to bring our children along we plan to adjust status in the US and file 130 each when we get there but as the i130 has been approved and we already payed for the aos and iv fee they are now asking for civil documents at the nvc and is processing it as Cr1 but our 129 is still on initial review we dont know what to do , we have minor children and we dont want to leave them behind. pls help we need any kind of information

we have only filed i129F but it is still on initial review and my i130 is almost done processing .. i am confused dont know what to do..

only one I130 has been filed yet we have 2 minors and my spouse , three of them need visa we wanted K3 visa to add our children as derivatives but the 129 is still on initial review

ok - so file 2 more I-130s this week on the children, and ask for expedite via letter in the I-130 submittals, basing expedite on approved I-130 on the mother.

the trick of using ONE I-130 to get multiple K-3s doesn't work anymore, almost 5 years. Sorry you got bad advice on day 0. you should find that person, stick a knife in their side, as they gave you really bad life-changing advice.
