Hello! I am nearing the stage where I will send off my packet, and I have a few questions to ask.

1. It may seem a silly question, but my wife's address does not fit in the place provided! What do I do?

2. How accurate are the example forms? There are a couple spots where the 'nones' and N/A's look questionable, at least on the I-130.

3. Since my wife and I have pretty much nothing of joint ownership, what more should I include for evidence? I was going to provide my bank statements showing purchasing of airline tickets and cell phone payments, my cell phone bills for at least the last 90 days (that's all the have them for) showing all the calls made, facebook conversations since the beginning of our relationship (just some samples) and pictures from our wedding. What else would you all recommend?

Thank you ahead of time for the responses, I really appreciate it!

For the I-129F form, the instructions say: If extra space if needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, indicate the item number, and date and sign each sheet.

Well that would make sense! I imagine it is the same for the 130, which I forgot to mention is the form I am competing. Thanks!

I would have to believe it is the same for both forms. I had done this for a few items on the I-129F with no problem.

I did use the example forms on VJ putting "none" and "N/A" for a number of items.

1) you can write "see attachement" and put a signed attachment page with the entire address

2) the example forms on VJ are pretty old. We should update them. But you have to remember that most questions really are applicable to you.

3) try this wiki page for evidence ideas (at the bottom): http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse
