i just found this page tonight, so i'm new to all of this, and i'm pretty overwhelmed. here is what i need some advice on: i'm a US citizen living in Africa, my boyfriend is an Angolan citizen living in Russia. we are planning to visit the states together in February 2007 and hopefully become officially engaged during that time. then he will return to Russia, and I to Namibia. His next holiday from school is June - August 2007 and we have hopes to be married by the end of August in America. with all the paperwork and approvals i'm learining about, my question is...is it possible? next question...is it probable?

B2 visa. Possibility is good, probability depends on you and him and how you put the visa application together.
