Do I need to attach ALL I-20 since I came US?

Hello,

I'm applying AOS (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131), and I just found something about I-20. I'm came to United states in 2001 as a F1 status, and since then I've been F1 except for 2008-2009. I'm currently under F1 OPT now. I don't think any form instructions say about I-20. I was gonna attach just current I-20, but some people recommend to all I-20 you had before. I mean I don't even know if I have or not. Is it required at my current status?

Thank you in advance.

We sent in the most recent I-20 only. Include your EAD card (front + back), and if your EAD came with an acceptance notice or something similar, I'd recommend sending a copy of that too.

Seems pointless to send expired I-20s! We didn't get an RFE.

We sent in all the I-20's to show that we were in status the whole time. It is your call as to what you do. We just didn't want to rely on their "common sense" since it lacks sometimes. :) Making it as easy as possible to adjudicate for them is my mantra.

Good luck!

Not really. Just send your most recent current status one. I didn't send any of my I-20 when I was on F1 for AOS via marriage. I sent my most recent H1B notice only. They might ask you about your most recent status. They asked me about it and nothing about my F1 or my prior H1B notices.
