MY SINCERE ADVISE TO YOU IS - Stop using your brains and DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO WORD FOR WORD - if they only ask for Medical then do only that - unless you want to prolong your case necessarily - bottom line is it is not in your control - you can send them a million emails they will put your case for 10 years in the backlog, is that what you are trying to achieve?

Just do as they say and wait - honest hardcore advice - hope you don't mind it.

I understand your situation - everyone falls under this situation and they think like you do - its natural - but unfortunately its not how the system works - my US citizen cousin was married more than 2 years ago - he didn't follow instructions and guess what his wife is still waiting over there.

Pakistan is not like any other country, our Administrative Processing time is hundreds of times more than what other countries are facing - part of it has to do with the security situation.
