I am adjusting from K-1. I have done biometrics and have had my EAD since 12/20/2012 and it expires on 12/21/2013. When I check my case online its still under acceptance from 10/19/2012. Over 10 months. I have been employed for 4 momths and I am worried my EAD will expire before I get my GC. What is the process for applying for an extension of the EAD if this is possible? Also, is this time frame typical?

Ok, I thought you have the EAD/AP combo card.

Otherwise, include the photocopy of the EAD card (front and back).
