Apply in Nigeria where the Consulate will better be able to check out the documentation.

Job offers in the future have no weight whatsoever....a letter proclaiming such a thing has no legal means of being enforced. For example, if you failed to return and work in the family business, what legal ramifications will be aimed at you? (none). The same goes for your relatives...will they be jailed or fined if you fail to return to fulfill the job offer? (no). Letters can be written by anyone, saying anything....but that does not make anything written true nor legally enforceable. You will have a better chance (such as it is) by applying in your country of residence...which sounds like Nigeria.
