Hello all again for today!

Do i have to bring to the interview, ALL the original documents (forms, proof of relationship...) related to the beginning of our papers with the i-129f?

I ask you that as my fiancé sent me some copies and not the originals. I was wondering if it was a problem.

I thank you in advance for your help!

check on your consulate page, they normally have a list of the papers they need in original... My hubby sent me all the papers with original signature throught UPS, maybe he can do the same?? They kept, in my case, the original I 134, and the original of his declaration of intent to marry, he was divorced so also the original of marriage termination... plus the papers i fill out for the interview, like 260 confirmation page...

but you need to have the original with the signature, not a copy of the signature, you see what i mean?

See if u r talking about i134, employment letter, pay stubs, tax return, intent of marry letter with signature, that I got through in mail at my home address, other Docs like birth certificate, divorce, passport copy those all I got scanned, if u have specific question I mean any particular Doc. U r talking about so plz mention it..

Ok, so everything they ask you to gather in packet 3 must be originals with original signatures (DO NOT bring a scanned I-134, bring originals)

The documents sent with the I-129F can be scanned... they won't ask you for anything you sent in the I-129F in Paris anyway. They will most likely give you all your e-mails, letter, and pictures back :)They don't expect you to have your fiancé passport either. I had the original birth certificate of my at the time fiancé, but they never ask for this.

Good luck in your visa journey!

I just cant seem to get a straight answer, who needs the original documents in the interview the foreign fiancé or the American citizen fiancé ? I just want to be sure that if I send the originals to my fiancé in Algeria that's hes the one who is suppose to have them

The foreign fiance is the only one that is going to have the interview for a K1 visa. Check the consulate website and see what it states need to be original document and what can be copies.
