He paid a person to assist his wife and their K-1 before with the financial help from his parents.

Harpa, does he really need to enclose his 4 divorce certificates? because i am not really sure if he will allow it.

Yes, he really does, and he needed to for the K-1 too. If he didn't do that for the K-1 his wife can be stripped of any status she receives and deported for misrepresentation at any time.

Yes, he will need to show proof of any prior marriages and their terminations.

If he does not then the AoS will be denied. It's not optional.

As I was digging their rejection papers from USCIS, i can't help but wonder "what in the world!"

they sent : no checks no any kind of fees, missing signatures, the name of the wife still in her maiden name..

they dont have a marriage certificate,

I am trying to fill up some forms for them but it's giving me a real bad headache. they dont have there in the form

her A # nor her I-94 number they left it empty.

husband no social security number in the form.

I say walk away, and if you really want to help them, engage someone else at the church that's used to reading things.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

When someone tells you that you are wrong when you are in fact wrong, that person is trying to help you get to the right answer.

Invoking "in your opinion" and then good karma is classic. Spit on the person who is trying to help you. Who will end up with bad karma there?

You need to show all divorces. That is why you are wrong to think you only have to send the 4th. Hypnos was right to say that you guys were wrong because you need more than just the 4th.
