People have been on WIC and working for cash and never reporting this income, buying stuff on WIC and selling it etc.

Hell! GZ should milk the state if he can get away with it. Everyone does. Tax fraud etc. Look at Trump! A good lawyer and accountant plus connections? The world is your oyster- for a short time at least.

There has been enough not all of them get published and l am not saying Vendors do not fraud the system and vendors would be guilty too.

To me they are milking the system.

Milking simply means to get everything he can.

He does have to recover the cost that he had to incurr to defend himself.
