another AP question I-131?

Part 3, question 1 says date of intended departure? I have no idea if we would even use this AP just want to get everything "just in case" we need it. Do i just put any date in there 90 days from now? same for extended length of trip? just 2 weeks

thanks , i tryed looking for past posts but could not find this quest.

6/05/09--Approval notice received in mail

6/28/09-- 10 year card received in the mail

That would work, we actually had a window of when we wanted to travel and put those dates.

Be as specific as you can. If the best you can do is 'to be determined', that will work.
