Definitely apply for K1 fiancée visa its much faster. I am in a process of spouse visa and its recently takes 1 year to finally go to interview and have visa in hands. Extremely long time to wait …

1 March 2013 - sent I-130

22 March 2013 - NOA1

5 November 2013 - transferred to Nebraska

17 December 2013 - NOA2

19 December 2013 - NOA2 package sent to NVC

NVC

2014-01-08 NVC received

2014-02-10 Case number assigned case

2014-02-13 Completed DS-261 online

2014-02-19 I-864 (AOS) Bill generated and paid

2014-03-07 AOS package sent

2014-03-11 Package received by NVC

2014-03-04 IV Bill invoiced and paid

2014-03-24 IV package sent

2014-03-25 IV package received

2014-03-07 DS-260 completed online

2014-03-28 Checklist for AOS
