After 5months of waiting and finally receiving a RFE that took me a month to respond to I got this email lastnight.

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On August 26, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

Thank you everyone for sharing your stories and your journey it has been so much help for me. :)

6th August 2014: EAD Approved, AP still in initial review
12th August 2014: got tracking number for EAD
( ) August 2014: Received EAD (I forgot what date I got them but I did receive them less than 5 days from the 12th)
10th September 2014: Interview Waiver received (I wished I was interviewed)

yes TSC!! I file at vermont but was transfered on 6/21. Recieved a RFE on 7/5 and didnt answer it until 8/14 and I was approved on 8/26. THANK GOD!!! Good luck with your journey
