Hi guys. Are there anyone waiting for NOA2? We've been waiting for it for more than 5 months already, but still no response from USCIS. How about yours?

At least (at least) 6-8 months from NOA1 seems a good estimate.

06/10/2013 NOA1 I-130 Priority date (NBC @ Overland Park, KS)
07/30/2013 Requested Expedite Procedure via USCIS Hotline
08/15/2013 Sent a letter to the NBC/MSC regarding Expedite

10/15/2013 Case approved, Notice mailed

10/21/2013 Case shipped to the DHS/NVC

11/xx/2013 Received NOA2 hardcopy

How long does it take? Unfortunately, as long as it takes. ClockWatch2.gif Watching the clock can drive your crazy…..

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Bec i am in the same situ

Dnt knw wht to do

My senstor nw told me to wait further 4-6 mnths

I would say lately it's taking about 8months to get NOA2s particularly cases that stay at the NBC at the Lee's Summit Missouri office because of the backlog and the adjucators' slow pace of work there.

Feb 3, 2014: TSC sends case to NVC
April 14: Real checklist for AOS (saying tax number was incorrect when it wasn't)
April 30: Another AOS checklist, for proof of employment (which was already sent)
May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval
May 4, 2017: Approval letter arrived
May 15, 2017: GC arrives in mail
 
N-400: 190 days
May 8: Sent packet to Dallas Lockbox
May 12: NOA 1, Credit card charged

Oct 2: Interview letter arrives (online status still says ''in line'')

I feel very lucky.... I mailed my 129F on May 24, they received it May 29, and NOA was June 3 (at Vermont). Then I was transferred to Texas on Aug 6, and just got approval last night. All in 3 months! We have a lawyer pull the packet together and send to the processing center, but I'm not sure that had anything to do with it. Everything in our case was pretty clear-cut I.E. plenty of proof of several visits, photos, and all required certificates.

Good luck... it appear if you get transferred to Texas, most people here seem to be approved within 21-28 days after this transfer.

Luck is on the K1 filers side for the moment. OP though is talking about a CR1 visa, which at the moment are being approved at a snail's pace..

It's gruelling at best! I'm not a good waiter, or well, I didn't used to be. My sweet husband has the patience of Jobe so that's good. We're just gathering everything now while we wait.....and wait. It's very helpful to see potential out here but also keeps the process from being so consuming. I waited for 40yrs to find him, then another two to get to see him, so what's another year or so? A LOT! :) We'll both be in our 60's by the time this is over!

Reading and researching is always good. The more you study this stuff and read updates from the USCIS, the smarter you get about the next step.

And so then I'll just paint the inside of the house again and continue to make room and clear out and wait. Time does go by pretty quickly when you're not looking, although I-130 NOA1 end of June seems like 6mths ago! :)
